According to our refund/exchange policy, customers have to bear the cost of shipping that is involved in the returning/exchanging process. Also, it is to be mentioned that the shipping cost we offer to our customers is the discounted price, and we pay the original cost to the shipping company from our side. So, in the case of a return/exchange, the discounted rate is not applicable, and the customer has to pay the original shipping cost. The customer can check the original shipping cost at the site of the shipping company.

In case of any fault for which the customer is responsible, such as giving us the wrong address or contact number, not collecting the ordered products or any other reason, the customer has to pay the complete shipping cost. The complete shipping cost will be the original one that is charged by the shipping company, not the discounted one that we offer or that is mentioned on our site. The shipping cost can be checked online as well.
